Delivery Time

Mahrosh aim to deliver your order within 3 to 4 business days.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is defective or different from what you ordered, we will provide a refund or exchange it for the correct item.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of heart or mind.

Sale Items
Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases where the item is defective.

Exchange Policy
We only exchange items in the case of defect or other damage. To initiate an exchange:

- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at mahroshattire@gmail.com
- Send the item to our office address
- Pay the delivery charges incurred during the exchange
- We will inspect the item and courier the exchanged item

Refund Process
If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
